Shugas’ menu rotates every once in a while, and they prioritize creating cocktails and dishes that rise above your typical cafe dining experience. Definitely bring every person you know here and write a secret message or your best doodle in the check book.

Crystal Park Cantina in Manitou Springs has my favorite patio for enjoying some Mexican food. Established in 2011, Crystal Park Cantina has been prioritizing super fresh ingredients to make Grandma Anne’s home-style recipes that highlight the best of Mexican cuisine. Margs are made with 100% agave tequila and fresh juices. What more could you ask for?
Really Good Beer Garden in Colorado Springs
Brewski and sun soaking time is best had at the OG Goat Patch on Cascade off of Fillmore. They call themselves “the home of balanced brews” and if you’re hanging at the Lincoln Center location (the one I’m writing about), you are treated to the chance to support a local food truck parked right outside of Goat Patch. Thai food, sushi, Jamaican, and moreeeeee. Goat Patch also has events like bingo, adult coloring nights, a summer concert series, and trivia!
Dreamy Garden Patio in Colorado Springs
Hillside Gardens. Beautiful, dreamy, everything you could ask for if you want to feel like you’re resting in grandma’s prized garden. Hillside Gardens has a summer concert series featuring three bands that runs every Wednesday from late May to early October. Live music, drinks, food, and dancing all in a tucked away nature haven. If you’re not feeling the summer concert series, don’t you fret. Hillside Gardens is open daily from 9:00am-2:00pm, and they even have their own coffee shop.
