This couple decided to sell their home of 16 years to make a move closer to out-of-state grandchildren. I was fortunate to get to work with them as they are simply the coolest.
It can be difficult to move away from a home that has so many memories, but we came up with a plan to make improvements to the home, which included painting and stucco repair, I helped coordinate the contractors to ensure we’d get the home looking just right for photos and video.
After cleaning, staging and capturing the home in its best light, we went under contract after just three days on market.
